Biografía:

I am a permanent professor (profesor titular) at the Electromagnetism and Condensed Matter Department of the University of Granada (Spain). I run the Quantum Thermodynamics and Quantum Computation group. I am also a member of the Institute “Carlos I” for Theoretical and Computational Physics. Before all that I worked as a postdoc at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (US), and at the Institute of Quantum Optics and Quantum Information of Innsbruck (Austria). My field of research are mostly Quantum Thermodynamics, Open Quantum Systems, Quantum Information, and Quantum Machine Learning.
